Website Visitors

TrueAna collects non-personally-identifying information that web browsers and servers typically make available — including browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. This data helps us understand how visitors use our website.

We may also collect potentially personally-identifying information such as IP addresses, but we do not use this to identify visitors unless necessary for legal or security reasons.

Collection of Personal Information

Certain interactions with TrueAna — such as registering for an account or purchasing a Pro plan — require us to collect personally-identifying information. This may include your name, email address, and payment details.

We collect only what is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the interaction and do not share this with third parties except as described below.

Use of Google API Services

TrueAna integrates with the Google Analytics API to access and process data required to deliver analytics features to our users. Our plugin enables one-click GA4 connections within WordPress.

TrueAna's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention & Deletion of Google User Data

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide core plugin functionality. No data is held beyond user authorization or operational need.

Users may request deletion of their Google user data at any time. Upon a verified request, all associated Google data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 calendar days.

Protection of Sensitive Data

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect all sensitive and personal data obtained through TrueAna, including data sourced via Google APIs.

Business Transfers

In the event TrueAna is acquired or merged with another organization, user data may be transferred to the acquiring party. The acquiring party will be required to continue honoring the terms of this privacy policy.
