Why does the Author report show user IDs instead of names? add
TrueAna sends the WordPress numeric user ID as ga4wp_author_id for stability. The Content Performance dashboard resolves IDs to display names server-side.
Do content dimensions fire on category archive pages? add
No. These dimensions only fire on singular pages (is_singular() = true). Archive pages, the homepage, and search results do not receive them.
How long until Author/Category data appears in the report? add
GA4 custom dimension data has a 24–48 hour processing delay after you enable and register the dimension in GA4.
Is page-performance data (top pages, time on page) part of this report too? add
No — that lives in the free Behavior report. Content Performance covers only the four custom-dimension breakdowns: author, category, tag, and post type.
