Does TrueAna send emails using WordPress mail or a third-party service? add

TrueAna uses wp_mail(). For reliable delivery we recommend configuring an SMTP plugin (WP Mail SMTP, FluentSMTP) or a transactional email service.

Can I send different reports to different people on different schedules? add

The schedule (daily/weekly/monthly), recipient list, and included sections are configured together in TrueAna → Settings → Email Reports.

Is there a plain-text version for email clients that don't render HTML? add

Not currently — reports are sent as HTML email only.

What sections can I include, and does the WooCommerce section always show? add

Audience Overview, Google Ads, and Google AdSense are always available. The WooCommerce Conversions section appears automatically only when WooCommerce is active on your site.
