Does form tracking work with multi-step forms? add
TrueAna fires form_view when the form is first rendered and form_submit when the final step is completed. Intermediate step events are not tracked by default.
Why does my form show 0% conversion rate? add
Check that form tracking is enabled in TrueAna → Settings → Forms. Also confirm that ga4wp_form_name is registered in GA4 Admin → Custom definitions as an Event-scoped custom dimension.
Do form events fire on AJAX-submitted forms? add
Yes. AJAX-based plugins (Elementor Forms, Divi, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms, WS Form, Mailchimp for WP) are tracked client-side by detecting their success event. Redirect-based plugins (Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms non-AJAX, Formidable) are tracked server-side via PHP action hooks instead, so both submission styles are covered.
